Electrolyte replacement during exercise can vary as much as tenfold between two athletes. No other area of endurance nutrition or supplementation calls for such individualized dosing. And perhaps no other area of fueling can drop you out of the competition as quickly as electrolyte depletion or overdose. This is a critically important area where correct dosing is a must; you simply mustn't consider getting electrolytes out of a premixed drink. The risk of too much fluid/too few electrolytes is high, which means bad news for your stomach, your muscles, and your performance.
You want a product that allows effective electrolyte replenishment under any weather condition, any length of exercise, and any intensity of exercise. ENDUROLYTES, unlike any other pill, tablet, or premixed drink, is that product. Also, don't make the mistake of thinking that electrolytes = sodium. Sodium alone cannot and will not effectively replenish electrolyte needs and may cause more problems than it resolves. With ENDUROLYTES you're assured of getting all the right minerals in exactly the right balance. ENDUROLYTES comes in conveniently dosed capsules. You can swallow them, or open them and mix your own amount into your water bottle, whichever is most convenient for you.

Endurolytes Usage Instructions
DOSAGE:
Take 2-3 capsules one hour prior to training sessions or races.
When training or racing for periods beyond one hour, consume 1-6 capsules of Endurolytes per hour of exercise. As a general rule, the hotter/more humid the weather, the higher your intake will be.
Electrolyte loss can be significant at temperatures as low as 60 degrees. So, if you plan to exercise for extended periods (2 hours or more), even in cool weather, electrolyte intake should be a part of your regimen. The exact quantity will depend not only on ambient heat, humidity and duration of exercise, but what you have found to be most beneficial through a process of experimentation.
TWO DIFFERENT WAYS TO TAKE ENDUROLYTES: 1.Simply carry a supply of capsules with you and ingest 1-6 capsules per hour. We sell some easy to use capsule-carrying devices. 2. If you find this to be logistically or otherwise inconvenient, you can empty the capsules into your water bottles or energy drink mix. However, if you decide to do this, you must be certain that: (A) you still consume the desired number of capsules per hour of exercise and (B) that you gently shake or stir the mixture before each swallow since some of the electrolytes are not water soluble and will settle to the bottom.
The majority of electrolyte depletion problems that athletes experience are caused by OVER hydration, which overly dilutes electrolytes in the blood. Extensive research strongly suggests that 20-25 ounces of fluids per hour will maintain adequate hydration levels under the majority of circumstances. If you feel it is necessary to exceed that amount per hour, keep in mind that you will need additional Endurolytes to replace those that will be overly diluted in the blood or "flushed out" due to overhydration.
Endurolytes may be your most valuable and essential supplement for combating heat stress. They are the only full spectrum, proportionately balanced; all chelated mineral electrolyte formula available. Using them correctly might mean the difference between finishing strong or not finishing at all. |
