eLoad Heat Endurance sports drink is formulated to help you obtain electrolytes your body needs. One of the main sugars in eLoad is Dextrose, it is a high glycemic, simple carbohydrate, and is far and away the sugar of choice for electrolyteloading sports drink because this sugar actually facilitates sodium absorption from the gut, unlike others. This is why all medical rehydration solutions contain dextrose as the principal carbohydrate. Additionally, eLoad Heat Endurance has no fructose which is a very sweet sugar known to produce gut irritation and nausea, and this negative effect increases in direct proportion to the fructose concentration in the product. In spite of this, we have lost count of the high number of “sports drinks” that use fructose. You won’t find this sugar in eLoad Heat Endurance. Virtually all sports drinks have a maximum of 1/6 to ½ of the necessary levels of electrolytes in the drink, compared to what you actually sweat out eload has a higher electrolyte content more closely matching sweat concentrations. This means that you will be better hydrated. Dehydration is a significant enemy when you are battling the heat. The anti-cramp formula in eload has been proven to combat the effects of dehydration.
