When to use UCAN:
  • Before and after workouts or athletic competition
  • During long workouts

How to use UCAN:
  • Mix 1 packet with 8-12 oz of COLD water and shake well. Most people find one scoop to be sufficient for 2-3 hours of exercise.
  • Consume UCAN 30 minutes before a workout and within 30 minutes post-workout
  • Avoid mixing with products/foods that spike blood sugar to maximize UCAN's benefits
How to use UCAN during long workouts /competition:
For workouts/competition longer than 2 -3 hours, take an additional 1 packet of UCAN every 2 -4 hours based on an intensity of effort and your energy needs. You can either sip it as a drink (with 8 - 12 oz of water ) or mix it with 2-3 oz of water and consume it as a gel. Hydrate with water and supplement with sugar-free electrolytes as necessary.
