1. Drinks focused exclusively on providing you with fuel. Ex: CARBO-PRO.
2. #1 above with added electrolytes to replace what you sweat. Ex: Fluid Performance.
3. #2 above with added amino acids like EFS Drink or complete Proteins like Perpetuem for long workouts.
4. Drinks with high electrolytes and less calories (generally < 80 calories/serving) for quick hydration and absorption. Ex: Skratch Labs Exercise Drink Mix.
