'We exert a lot of energy to become great athletes, our body is our instrument, our body is our machine. With the right supplementation, why not Feed The Machine...'

Rushane was born in Manchester, Jamaica where he resided until he was 14 years of age. He then moved to the states where he completed high school and began competing in track and field in Pennsylvania. During his senior year in High School of 2006, he achieved a PR and school record in the 100m of 10.48. He also ended up taking the PIAA State 100m state title. Then, in the summer of 2009 while attending Lincoln University, he achieved another PR of 10.37

In fall 2011, he transferred to Adams State University then Adams State College, to finish off his collegiate career in track and field. Rushane knew it was a great program due to their lush history. At the Division II championships on the 100m heats day he ran a PR of 10.31, by then he was feeling pleased. On the final day of competition in the 100m final it was a windy day but competition was very stiff and strong. Rushane ended up shocking the whole stadium by taking 2nd place in a great 100m dash field. It came down to photo finish, the top 3 final times were 10.12 seconds. That time that he ran also helped him get into his first New York Adidas Diamond League Grand Prix 100m B race. It was a late entry but he was very ecstatic to get that chance to make a bigger name for himself out there. The following week he ran 10.34, before heading to Jamaica for the Olympic trials/National Championships where he tied for 12th overall in the country. I then competed and went as far as the quarter-final rounds for the Jamaican National Team.
